Where do you deliver?

AM Sofa Studio is a Lahore-only custom workshop. We deliver free across every Lahore neighborhood — DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Faisal Town, Cantt and beyond. We don't currently ship to cities outside Lahore.

How long does a custom sofa take to make?

Accepted Answer

Most custom orders are ready in 10 to 15 working days, depending on fabric availability and the complexity of the design. We update you on WhatsApp at every stage.

Can I customize the size, fabric and color?

Accepted Answer

Every sofa, deewan and chair we make is custom. Send your room measurements on WhatsApp and pick your size, fabric type, and color from the swatches we share.

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Frames: solid kikkar (acacia) wood, seasoned for at least 8 months. Foam: Mastermolty 35–40 density on seats, 28–32 on backrests. Joinery: glue-bonded with corner blocks AND screws.

Question 5

What is your warranty policy?

Accepted Answer

Every frame carries a structure warranty against manufacturing defects, joint failure and frame warping. Warranty is written on your invoice — verbal warranties don't count.

How much does a sofa set cost?

Accepted Answer

A standard 3+2+1 set in mid quality runs PKR 90,000–140,000. L-shape sectionals start around PKR 90,000 and reach PKR 220,000+ for large configurations. Deewans range PKR 35,000–90,000.

Question 7

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery (Lahore), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa. We require 50% advance to start work and 50% on delivery.

Can I visit the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in Lahore by appointment. WhatsApp us first so we can have someone available to walk you through current builds and fabric options.

Question 9

Do you offer reupholstery for old sofas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your sofa frame is solid and you just want fresh fabric and foam, we can pick up, refurbish and deliver back across Lahore for free. Reupholstery is typically 40–60% of new-sofa price.

Question 10

What happens if delivery is delayed?

Accepted Answer

We give you a written delivery date on the invoice. If we miss it by more than 3 working days for any reason on our end, we deduct a goodwill amount from the balance.
