Original Faisal Town houses (A/B/C blocks) tend to have wider drawing rooms — closer to Model Town in scale. Al Faisal Town apartments are tighter and benefit from modular sofas (built in two bolt-together sections that thread through standard apartment doors). We default to the wider 7-foot 3-seater for the houses and 6-foot for the apartments.
