Every piece is backed by a written structure warranty.
What our warranty covers
- ✓Frame integrity (5 years): manufacturing defects, joint failure, warping under normal use.
- ✓Joinery (5 years): if any glued joint fails, we repair or replace.
- ✓Foam sag (1 year): if seat foam compresses more than 30% of its original height under normal use.
- ✓Workmanship (1 year): stitching, fabric stretching and visible upholstery defects.
What it doesn't cover
- ×Normal fabric wear, fading from direct sunlight, or stains.
- ×Damage from misuse — jumping on cushions, pets clawing, sharp objects.
- ×Water damage, fire, accidents or third-party modifications.
