How long does delivery take?
Lahore: 1 working day (same-day where possible) after build completion. We currently only deliver within Lahore.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free delivery into every Lahore neighborhood, no minimum order. DHA, Bahria Town, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town and Faisal Town are all covered.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
No. AM Sofa Studio is a Lahore-only custom workshop. We don't currently ship to other cities.
What if my sofa won't fit through the door?
We always check door and stairwell measurements before delivery. Most sofas can be built in two bolt-together sections that thread through standard apartment doors.
Can I cancel after placing an order?
Full refund within 24 hours of advance payment. After that, since we cut fabric and start the frame based on your spec, the advance is non-refundable.
What if the sofa arrives damaged?
Inspect on delivery before signing. If there's any damage in transit, refuse the delivery and we replace or refund. Manufacturing defects are covered under our structure warranty.
