Sized for the DHA drawing room
A standard DHA Phase 5 drawing room is between 18 to 22 feet wide. A 3+2+1 set with a 7-foot 3-seater, 5-foot 2-seater and a 3.5-foot single chair fits with walking space — and that's the configuration we default to unless you ask for an L-shape. Phase 8 apartment formats trend smaller, so the 6-foot 3-seater paired with a Heritage deewan is the most-ordered DHA-apartment combo.

- How fast can you deliver to DHA Lahore?
- Custom sofas take 10 to 15 working days to build, then free same-day or next-day delivery into any DHA phase. If you need it faster, ask about our active stock — we usually have one or two ready-to-deliver SKUs per category.
- Do you do showroom visits to DHA?
- Yes. By appointment we bring fabric swatches, foam samples and CAD renders to your home — usually most useful for sectional sofas where the configuration depends on the room shape. WhatsApp us to book a slot.
- Can the sofa fit through DHA Phase 8 apartment lifts?
- We measure the lift, stairwell and door before quoting. If a single-piece sofa won't fit, we build it in two sections that bolt together in the room. No bolt is visible from the seat.
- Do you accept payment on delivery in DHA?
- Yes — 50% advance to start the build, 50% on delivery. Delivery balance can be cash, bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
- Do you reupholster old sofas for DHA customers?
- Yes. We strip down old sofas to the frame, replace foam and webbing, then reupholster in fabric of your choice. Free pickup and return within DHA.
