Bahria Town residential blocks run a slightly tighter floor-plate than DHA, especially in Sector E. We default Bahria orders to a 6-foot 3-seater paired with a 5-foot 2-seater (instead of the DHA-standard 7-foot 3) so the walking lane around the centre table stays comfortable. The Tulip and Janiper blocks have higher ceilings — chesterfield-style buttoning reads particularly well in these rooms.

- Will the sofa fit through my Bahria townhouse stairs?
- We pre-measure the door, stairwell and any tight corners before quoting. If a single-piece sofa won't fit, we build it in two bolt-together sections — no visible bolts from the seated position.
- Do you do reupholstery in Bahria Town?
