- Most Gulberg apartment blocks have a service lift — we measure it before quoting. If the lift is small, we split the sofa into two bolt-together sections that join in the room.

Gulberg formats — apartment & boutique
Gulberg residential is split between large bungalows (Gulberg I, IV) and boutique apartments (MM Alam, Liberty). Apartment formats need the modular approach — we default to sofas that disassemble at the centre seam, so they thread through standard 3-foot apartment doors without scratching the jamb. Velvet, channel-back and tufted upholstery are the popular Gulberg styles.

- Do you do commercial upholstery in Gulberg?
- Yes — we've fitted out cafés, salons, doctor's waiting areas and corporate reception spaces in Gulberg I, II and III. Send your floor plan and seat-count requirement on WhatsApp for a fitout quote.
- Will the sofa fit my Gulberg apartment lift?
- We measure the lift, stairwell and apartment door before quoting. If the lift is small, the sofa is built in two bolt-together sections that join inside the room.
- How long does Gulberg delivery take?
- 10 to 15 working days for the build, then free same-day or next-day delivery. Our van runs Gulberg three times a week.
- Can I bring my fabric from Bandwala or Liberty market?
- Yes. Bring 25 to 30 metres of fabric (depending on sofa size) and we'll do a fabric-only build at a 15% discount.
- Do you take used sofa trade-ins from Gulberg?
- We don't buy used sofas, but we'll reupholster them — strip to the frame, replace foam, webbing and fabric. Free pickup and return inside Gulberg.
