How this ottoman is built
- Frame
- Solid kikkar hardwood with full-perimeter rail. Round ottomans use a steam-bent perimeter for the smooth curve.
- Foam
- Mastermolty 32 kg/m³ — sized firmer than a sofa cushion because the ottoman is load-bearing.
- Storage
- Storage variants have a hinged top and quilted interior lining. Sized for blankets, magazines, off-season pillows.
- Upholstery
- Velvet, chenille, jacquard, leatherette, treated linen — full fabric card on first WhatsApp message.
- Legs
- Hidden glides on storage ottomans; turned hardwood legs on accent ottomans. Optional brass-tip feet for the Model Town set.
Ottoman sizing
Accent ottoman: 18 × 18 × 16 inches (cube). Coffee-table ottoman: 36 × 22 × 18 inches. Round ottoman: 24-inch or 30-inch diameter. Storage ottoman: 40 × 18 × 18 inches with internal lining.

Caring for your ottoman
Vacuum weekly. Wipe leatherette ottomans with a damp microfibre cloth and conditioning cream every 3 months. Avoid placing hot drinks directly on the top — use a tray.

- Can I customise the size, fabric or color?
- Yes. Modern Fabric Ottoman is built to order in our Lahore workshop. WhatsApp us your room dimensions and we'll send a fabric-swatch shortlist plus a CAD render of the proposed build inside an hour.
- What is the frame made of?
- Solid kikkar (Acacia nilotica) wood, seasoned for at least 8 months and kiln-dried under 12% moisture. Mortise-and-tenon joinery at the four load-bearing corners, glued and corner-blocked.
- What is the foam quality?
- Mastermolty high-density foam — 28 to 32 kg/m³ on the seats, 22 kg/m³ on the backs. Dacron wrap on the back panels and arms for a soft hand-feel that does not collapse.
- Is there a warranty?
- Every frame ships with a structure warranty written on the invoice. Covers manufacturing defects, joint failure and frame warping. Fabric wear and tear is not covered — but the foam and frame are.
