How this sofa is built
- Frame
- Solid kikkar (Acacia nilotica) hardwood, seasoned 8+ months, kiln-dried to under 12% moisture. Mortise-and-tenon joints at the four load-bearing corners, glued and corner-blocked.
- Seat foam
- Mastermolty 28–32 kg/m³ high-density foam over an 8-gauge S-spring deck on jute webbing. Holds its shape for 8+ years under normal household use.
- Back foam
- Mastermolty 22 kg/m³ wrapped in dacron for the pillow-soft hand-feel that does not collapse.
- Fabric
- Sourced from Faisalabad mills with Martindale rub-counts above 25,000 cycles — household-furniture standard. Leatherette and woven options on every fabric card we send.
- Joinery hardware
- Bonded polyester thread, hardwood corner blocks, glued joints. Screws are used for trim only, never as the load-bearing joint.
Sizing for a Lahore drawing room
Default 3-seater is 6 feet wide; we also build a 7-foot variant for DHA Phase 5 and Model Town drawing rooms. Default seat depth is 24 inches; deeper 27-inch versions are available for taller customers. Arm-style options: track arm (modern), rolled arm (classic), tuxedo arm (Gulberg favourite), chesterfield (Model Town).

Free door delivery into every Lahore neighborhood — we deliver to DHA Lahore, Bahria Town Lahore, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town and Faisal Town. Build time is 10–15 working days; the delivery slot is usually same-day or next-day after the build finishes. We currently only deliver inside Lahore.
Caring for your sofa
Vacuum the seat surface weekly with a soft-brush attachment. Rotate seat cushions monthly so foam wears evenly. Spot-clean spills with a damp microfibre cloth and mild soap — never soak the fabric. For deeper cleaning we offer in-home upholstery service in Lahore.

- Is there a warranty?
- Every frame ships with a structure warranty written on the invoice. Covers manufacturing defects, joint failure and frame warping. Fabric wear and tear is not covered — but the foam and frame are.
